Mika Sharon
Mika is an accomplished entrepreneur in the culinary arts and hospitality industries. What began with a degree from the French Culinary Institute, became a career as a global restaurateur and chef. Mika has opened acclaimed restaurants, catered international culinary events, and authored a cookbook. Mika had the opportunity to inspire generations of women as Israel's first woman celebrity chef and even served as an Executive Chef to Madonna.
Since 2017, Mika has focused on innovative F&B initiatives. She explores CBD and botanical extract-infused foods, specializing in functional mushroom extracts. Currently, she is researching the benefits of micro-dose products featuring psilocybin mushroom, for future mental health innovations. Mika has helped to build in-house edibles brands and develop products for private label brands. Her dedication and boundary-pushing make her a remarkable figure in the industry.

With a proven track record in start-up ventures and management positions at global companies, Avigdor possesses a diverse skill set in product innovation, operations, quality assurance, strategic planning, key account management, and business development.
